Safe-Mode Reboot Now Available in Techinline’s Latest 2.5.0 Major Upgrade

We’re thrilled to announce the release of yet another major Techinline upgrade, 2.5.0, which will be launched tomorrow. The latest version is packed with a number of useful features including a Safe Mode Reboot and Switch User functionality.

What to look for in the latest release:

Reboot Client Into Safe Mode: You are now able to reboot the remote computer into Safe Mode while maintaining an active Techinline session. The remote Client will be automatically reconnected to the support session after the safe mode reboot  is completed. Auto Reboot & Reconnect Functionality Now Available in Techinline’s Latest Update

We’re excited to announce today’s new Techinline release which includes the long-awaited Auto-Reboot & Reconnect functionality!

This feature enables the tech to reboot the client’s machine and automatically continue the remote session following the reboot. The Client is no longer required to by physically present at the remote location in order to grant permission to the Expert following a reboot operation.
