FixMe.IT Named 2021 Category Leader for Remote Support Software

We’re excited to share that FixMe.IT was named the 2021 Category Leader for remote support software by Gartner’s GetApp, the world’s leading business software discovery platform. Based on its overall user rating, FixMe.IT was also featured in GetApp’s list of top 5 remote support solutions.

According to GetApp, Category Leaders are determined with the GetApp methodology which identifies and scores leading cloud-based software in a particular category. FixMe.IT currently occupies the 5th position among 15 well-known remote support apps and outperforms many big players in the industry, such as LogMeIn Rescue, TeamViewer, Connectwise Control and GoToAssist.

Based on 355 unbiased user reviews, 98% of which were positive, FixMe.IT scored 92 points out of 100 and once again became the most recommended remote support application on GetApp. FixMe.IT’s ratings were highlighted by its ease of use (19/20 points), value for money (19/20 points) and customer support (19/20 points).
