FixMe.IT Featured in 2021 Remote Support Software Shortlist by Gartner’s Capterra

We’re excited to share that FixMe.IT was included in the 2021 Remote Support Software Shortlist published by Gartner’s Capterra, the world’s leading business software reviews and selection platform. On top of that, FixMe.IT was named one of the few Emerging Favorites thanks to its high user ratings.

With its Shortlist reports, Capterra aims to identify the top products in a respective software category based on a proprietary blend of user ratings and popularity. The 2021 Remote Support Software Shortlist features 18 top-rated remote support solutions, including FixMe.IT, LogMeIn Rescue, and GoToAssist.

According to Capterra, Emerging Favorites are products that rate highly in satisfaction, but aren’t as widely known as the Top Performers, and sometimes can be rated even higher than the Top Performers.
