FixMe.IT provides you with an easy way to create detailed session reports to keep track of your own work in the application. But what if you need to generate a report that would include other technicians’ session data?
By default, FixMe.IT does not offer a centralized reporting capability, and that is something we are going to address in a future release. However, there is a simple workaround that allows generating and exporting session reports for other users on the same account.
First, instruct each user on your account to generate an HTML report and send you the custom link for their report.
To generate an HTML report, they should navigate to My Account > Session Usage Report and set HTML as the report format.
You can then store these links on your computer, generate reports for other users when needed, and export their session usage data to Excel, Word, CSV, or PDF.
To create a session report for a specific user, open the custom link in your browser and change its FromDate and ToDate URL parameters* as shown on the screenshot below:
*Note: do not change anything else other than the dates.
