FixMe.IT Named Category Leader, Featured in Top-5 Remote Support Software by Gartner’s GetApp

We’re thrilled to announce that FixMe.IT has become one of the Category Leaders in the Remote Support Software category on Gartner’s GetApp, the world’s leading business software discovery platform. On top of that, FixMe.IT has also been featured in the list of top-5 remote support products based on the overall user rating.

According to GetApp, Category Leaders are determined with the GetApp methodology which identifies and scores leading cloud-based software in a particular category. FixMe.IT currently occupies the honorable 4th position among 15 remote support solutions, being ahead of TeamViewer, LogMeIn Rescue, Connectwise Control (formerly known as ScreenConnect), and RescueAssist.

Based on 348 unbiased customer reviews, 98% of which were positive, FixMe.IT scored 94 points out of 100 and became the most recommended remote support app on GetApp. FixMe.IT’s ratings were highlighted by its ease of use (20/20 points), customer support (19/20 points), and value for money (19/20 points).
