Many businesses are using FixMe.IT not only to provide remote support to customers but also host online software demos and presentations. Thanks to its intuitive user interface, FixMe.IT makes it extremely easy to connect to any number of remote users and share your local desktop with them.
But what if you need to access a remote desktop, open up a presentation, and share that remote desktop with multiple remote users? This one is a bit trickier, but we’ve got you covered.
Here’s how you can do this in four simple steps:
- Connect to the remote desktop that you’re looking to present. Open up the presentation and minimize the remote desktop control window, as you don’t need to share it with anyone at this point.
- Connect to those two other users one by one.
- Allow each of the two remote users to view your screen by sharing Local Desktop View with them.
- As soon as both of them are able to view your screen, get back to your local desktop and restore the remote control window you opened in Step 1.
Voila! Now you’re ready to start your presentation.
