Techinline Subscription Policy At a Glance

Lately we have been receiving queries from our existing and potential clients asking to explain in detail how Techinline licensing actually works. In this light, we’d like to provide you with an at-a-glance summary of our subscription policy and outline some of the key benefits it brings to our users. 

Attended + unattended

Techinline’s flexible subscription plan allows you to pay on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis. No matter which subscription term you choose, you will have full flexibility to access both attended and unattended machines – either to provide on-demand remote assistance or access machines without any user intervention at the other end.

In the latter case, you have the ability to access up to 150 unattended machines using your subscription license. The unattended computer limit can easily be lifted by purchasing an add-on bundle of 150 additional machines.

There’s absolutely no limit for the number of attended (on-demand) machines that can be supported with your subscription license.

No restrictions

You can run any number of concurrent support sessions with a single license, which means that you do not have to worry about purchasing additional licenses to support multiple clients simultaneously.

We ensure that you pay once and deliver the best services to your customers with no limitations.

License untied

Another essential part is that your license is not tied to either you or any specific machine, meaning that you can access your computers or servers remotely from any workstation, anywhere.

This is what truly differentiates us from similar products available on the market, helps access your customers anywhere at a fraction of the cost, and eliminates the need for unnecessary travel.

Another major advantage is that a license can be shared amongst multiple team members.

1 license = 1 technician

There is, however, one important condition, which implies that if you purchase one license, it can be used by one technician on a single computer at a given time.

Again, a single subscription is not tied to you, but if there are five of your colleagues, for instance, who would like to use our product simultaneously, then you’ll need five separate licenses to run the application on separate machines concurrently.

Other goodies

Keep in mind that you will always use the latest version with no upgrade costs required – concentrate on work issues and forget about the hustle. Last but not least, branding is available with every subscription license at no additional cost.

All in all, we encourage our customers to purchase the annual subscription package, which helps you save $60 as compared to a monthly billing cycle.
