We’re excited to announce today’s new Techinline release which includes the long-awaited Auto-Reboot & Reconnect functionality!
This feature enables the tech to reboot the client’s machine and automatically continue the remote session following the reboot. The Client is no longer required to by physically present at the remote location in order to grant permission to the Expert following a reboot operation.
We expect this feature to enhance Techinline’s value by delivering a more effective remote support experience for both parties. The tech is now able to perform various actions on the remote computer that they would previously be hesitant to do because of the manual reconnect procedure. Furthermore, based on the feedback that we’ve received from our users over the recent months, this functionality was a major missing piece in Techinline’s feature-set.
